The book of Revelation describes the work of two end-time prophets. "And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth" (Revelation ).   The last post touched on the topic of whether world peace is possible, or simply out of reach. It is a common statement, I have received a number of emails over the years telling me that world peace will never happen. Not only do I believe that world peace is possible, I believe that it is inevitable.

Isaiah Sees Israel’s Future Isaiah’s prophetic vision of Israel’s future was written during the reign of four kings over a span of 60 years. The prophet wrote a detailed revelation of Israel’s sinfulness, judgment, exile, and restoration and spoke extensively of Israel’s Messiah, salvation, and Kingdom blessings.   This book usefully cautions modern thinkers about such complexities and arms them with a way of asking questions about the future to avoid historic pitfalls. Freedman also equips readers with some enduring warnings that emerge from “the history of the future of war.”.

The Book of the Future Chapter Four The Rise and Reign of the Antichrist. The world is in need of a superman who can heal their economic ills, unite their politics, end their religious squabbles, stop the wars, and bring peace and union to all nations—a one-world government. Arnold Toynbee, the famous historian, expressed this need when he.
